The International Society for the Perpetuation of Cruelty to Racing Yachtsmen (ISPCRY) held its annual luncheon to recognize some of the things race committees do to make life for racers difficult. Fortunately, Indian Harbor was well represented as we were awarded the Preziden't (yes with a "z") Trofy.
The luncheon had a "southern" theme which partially explains why the citation was written as it was (rumor has it past commodore Cummiskey had a significant hand in the fabrication writing of the citation). Mostly however, the citation speaks for itself. The actual event was the Lorna Whittelsey regatta.
Congratulations to all involved!
